We asked if we could switch to cheaper seats and get the difference back and we were flat out told no. Robert The operations manager was also incredibly rude and no help. Bri was extremely rude while scanning my tickets to get a refund. I couldn’t help but feel discriminated against because my party was Latino, and the ones they let stay were white. Bri was the “manager” and she was incredibly rude. I asked why the other party was not asked to move, and she had no answer.

However, they asked my party to move to a less premium location or to get a refund. The other party arrived first and complained as well.

They booked two parties of three to sit tightly together in a small space.

Terrible front-of-house staff and terrible experience.
